General

Check-in is at 3:00pm, check-out is at 11:00am at all Tucker properties. 

All Tucker apartment homes are completely furnished with fully-equipped kitchens and top-notch furniture.

Many of our Tucker apartments are pet-friendly and offer access to amenities such as pet parks and more. Visit our property pages for more details.

After booking your Tucker stay, you will receive an invitation to our secure Guest Portal to complete the booking process. Here, guests are required to upload a photo ID to confirm identity and share more details about their upcoming stay. This must be done at least 24 hours prior to check-in to access your Tucker accommodations.

After confirming your reservation, you will be sent detailed arrival instructions and check-in information on how to access the property and your apartment.

Tucker offers short-term rentals, long-term rentals and everything in between. Enjoy a weekend retreat, extended stay, business and group stays and more.

Guests can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund on reservations of 29 days or less. For reservations with a duration of 30 days or longer, guests are eligible for a complete refund if they cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the check-in date, a 50% refund will be granted. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable. All Tucker apartments are professionally cleaned before and after arrival. Each unit is equipped with select cleaning products for use during your stay. We also offer on-demand cleaning services during your stay for a fee.

To modify or extend your stay, please login to the Guest Portal to request the modification. Extensions will be accepted based on availability. Requests to extend your stay must be requested and approved 24 hours before check-out. Requests made on the day of check-out will be automatically denied. 

Business

All our fully-furnished apartments are laptop friendly and feature high-speed Wi-Fi. Many of our properties include access to co-working spaces.

Our apartments do not offer space for hosting meetings but we do offer corporate housing and accommodations for business travelers and groups.
