FLEXIBLE - Guests can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund on reservations 29 days or less.


For reservations with a duration of 30 days or longer, guests are eligible for a complete refund if they cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. If a cancelation is made within 7 days of the check-in date, a 50% refund will be granted. Cancelations made less than 7 days before the check-in date are non-refundable.

House Rules

Early Check-In:
Please note your check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-ins will only be permitted after 12:00 PM. If you wish to request an early check-in, you must notify us 24 hours before check-in via your guest messenger, by calling us at (646) 661-4222, or by emailing us at [email protected]

Unauthorized Late Check-Out: 
Please be sure to check out no later than 11:00 AM, unless a late checkout has been authorized 24 hours in advance. Insufficient notice will result in a fee of up to $500.

Booking Extension:
Reservation alterations to extend your stay must be requested and approved 24 hours before checkout. Requests to extend your stay on the day of checkout will be automatically denied.

Packages and Mail Delivery:
Please do not send anything to the suite. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Please utilize local package lockers in the area.

Quiet Hours:
Please respect the community's quiet hours between 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours will not be tolerated and after an initial warning may result in a fine or further action.

No Smoking:
We are a smoke-free community. This goes for balconies and in or around the building. No smoking also includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.

Drug Policy: 
We have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs.

Key Fobs/Amenity Access Cards:
If the key fob/amenity access card is lost or is not returned a fee of up to $500 will be assessed.

Guests and Events:
The number of guests must match the number of guests on your reservation.

Excessive Cleaning:
Enjoy your stay, but be mindful of the cleanup. If your suite requires an excessive amount of cleaning $200 fee will be assessed.

Legal Booking Age:
The lead booker must be 18 years or older. All guests above 18 are required to submit their ID in our Guest Portal after confirming the booking. Minors will not be required to submit ID.

Please Be Courteous: 
Please be respectful and courteous of the other residents and the on-site team.

Party gatherings are not permitted in the suite.

Altering, adjusting, amending, or adding anything to the unit or its contents is prohibited. We reserve the right to charge a fee for anything that is missing or damaged in the suite upon check-out.

Fire Safety: 
Please do not tamper with the fire alarms or firefighting equipment.

Overnight Guests:
We do not permit short-stay bookings to bring other guests to the property to sleep over.
